Horme Montessori Microschool

Horme Montessori Microschool is a home-based Montessori school in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The Horme Montessori Microschool is designed to serve children 12 mos and walking to 36 months in a small, intimate setting.  The Montessori setting is intentionally small and in a home setting to allow for a more natural transition for care outside of the home for the first time.

"I can honestly say Julia was one of the most thoughtful and intentional educators I have come across.  She taught my son so much more than academics, but about kindness and friendship and emotional awareness."

Neeti

former classroom parent

"Potty training my 3yo was the most stressful thing I ever had to do and for my friends, it seemed so easy. I felt like such a bad mom. Julia's knowledge of Montessori parenting is so amazing that I know I can go to her and she will sit down with me and let me know that my daughter is her own person and I don't need to do everything for her."

Carolyn

consulting client

"I have known Julia now for over 10 years and can attest, she truly is one of a kind. She seeks to create optimal environments to support growth through direct and indirect ways alike.  She is knowledgeable about child development and can readily support different theories to educate others."
